Responsibilities

• Adhere to all applicable laws, policies, and procedures
• Collaborate with school leadership to implement teacher leader roles
• Coach and develop teacher leaders and build capacity
• Support recruitment and retention of teacher leaders through advertising and marketing
• Use student achievement data to refine retention and development plans
• Design and deliver professional development for teacher leaders
• Coordinate professional development plans district-wide
