• Coach and build teacher leader capacity to meet district goals.
• Support recruitment and retention of teacher leaders through advertising and marketing.
• Design, implement, facilitate, refine, and evaluate professional development for teacher leaders.
• Coordinate development plans to support teacher leader roles across the district.
