Job summary

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and NC teaching license in the content area, with a Master's preferred and a minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and NC teaching license in the content area.
• Master's degree in Education preferred and 5+ years of successful content-area teaching.
• Ability to collaborate with administration and teachers to implement MTSS-based strategies.
• Strong data analysis and instructional decision-making using multiple data sources.
• Excellent communication and ability to coach and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with school admin and the teacher of record to implement targeted instructional strategies within MTSS.
• Provide instructional coaching and support professional learning communities.
• Develop, facilitate, and evaluate building-level professional development aligned to goals.
• Use data to monitor student learning, set goals, and adjust instruction to raise achievement.
• Team-teach with colleagues and model effective teaching practices.
