Design and evaluate educational programs: Develop tailored instruction and academic resources to keep hospitalized or recovering students on track with their educational goals.
Guide student progress: Create custom lesson plans, assess academic performance, and adjust learning strategies to accommodate changing medical and developmental needs.
Bridge communication across institutions: Serve as the primary liaison between hospital care teams, school administrators, and community teachers to align academic expectations.
Facilitate smooth school transitions: Coordinate re-entry plans to help students safely and confidently reintegrate into their regular classroom environments after treatment.
