Ascension Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Nursing Education Specialist to support the Surgery department on the day shift. The role focuses on assessing learning needs, designing and evaluating educational plans, and creating effective teaching tools.
You will maintain records and report on educational outcomes to drive care excellence. Active RN licensure in Wisconsin or multi-state license is required; ACLS/BLS are preferred and supported.

Collaborate with nurse managers and staff to assess learning needs and competencies.
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational plans/programs and utilizes methods, measurements and tools to evaluate achievement of learning goals.
Identify and/or develop teaching tools and instructional materials.
Keep records of educational activities and prepares reports.
