Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos in Williamsburg, MI is seeking a Maintenance 1 to join our team. The role focuses on keeping the casino gaming floor and guest areas clean and well-presented, with attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team or independently when needed.

The maintenance position requires at least 1 year of maintenance/repair experience, basic power/tools knowledge, and the ability to operate lifts and forklifts with appropriate licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year maintenance/repair experience.
• Must have basic knowledge of power tools and equipment.
• Must possess or obtain license/certification to operate lifts and forklifts.

Responsabilités

• Complete immediate inside and outside repairs.
• Paint interior and exterior projects.
• Assist with move and setup of new slot formations and floor plans.
• Assist Grounds Crew with daily tasks or other duties as requested by management.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a competent individual to be part of our maintenance team. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the casino gaming floor and other designated guest areas. Attention to detail, consistency in work performance and support of a clean environment for guests to enjoy is expected. Willingness to be a team player, adjust to change and ability to work independently will be required at times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Complete immediate inside and outside repairs.
• Paint interior and exterior projects
• Assist the move and set up of new slot formations and floor plans.
• Assist Grounds Crew with their daily tasks, or other duties when requested to do so by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be at least 18 years of age, a minimum of 1 year maintenance/repair experience with a strong work ethic. Basic knowledge of power tools and equipment in addition to hand tools. Must either possess or be able to obtain a license and certification in order to operate lifts and fork trucks.
