Arhaus Upholstery in Conover, NC seeks a Utility to support daily production tasks. Duties include sewing and sewing repair work, reading English order tickets, and assisting department supervision to meet production goals.

Qualifications

Manufacturing Experience.

Experience in furniture manufacturing,

High School Diploma or Equivalent

• Must have knowledge of departmental procedures.
• Must have good vision.
• Must be able to read an order ticket, written in English.
• Must be able to use a variety of power and hand tools.
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 75lbs.
• Must be able to work safely, neatly, and quickly to meet production requirements.
• Strong communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
• Strict attention to detail is a must.
• Must be able to train.
• Must be a Team Player.
• Must be reliable.
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
• Must have your own reliable transportation.

• Must be able to wear required safety PPE such as Safety Glasses and closed-toe/closed-heel shoes.
