Arhaus is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Conover, NC to support the Customer Service Lead and Manager. You will manage orders, communicate with customers, and help coordinate fabric availability while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service.

The role requires strong collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Weekend and overtime availability is required.

• Provide backup for Order Proofing as needed.
• Cross-train for other tasks at supervisor request.

POSITION DETAILS

JOB PURPOSE

The Customer Service Associate is responsible for assisting the Customer Service Lead Person and Manager.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

This position would be responsible for COM, CFA, and CTM orders. Mailing of CFA's to customers and keeping up with approvals, will be in charge of all 860 changes daily, answer questions regarding fabric availability, process tickets weekly for casing and core schedules and provide backup for Order Proofing. This position may also be cross-trained to help with other functions/tasks as needed. Any other tasks asked by the supervisor will be required as well.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Computer experience such as using email, Excel, word, etc.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Furniture Customer Service Experience preferred.

MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma.

PREFERRED EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs. Must be able to sit for a minimum of 8 hours per day. Some walking/standing is required. Must be able to work in normal conditions of a furniture manufacturing plant which is heated and cooled, as well as a typical office environment. Must have good vision. Must be able to wear required PPE of Safety Glasses and close-toe/close-heel shoes when required. Must be able to adhere to all Safety policies and procedures to prevent injuries to yourself and others.
