Job summary

Arhaus Upholstery in Conover, NC seeks a Spring Up worker to position and secure foundations in furniture frames using manual and powered tools. The role runs Monday–Friday with early start times and overtime as needed, reporting to the Spring Up Supervisor.

Requires manufacturing experience and the ability to lift and operate power tools safely. The position is non-exempt and full-time, with a focus on quality, safety, and team collaboration in a heated/cooled plant environment.

Qualifications

• Education up to high school level or higher is acceptable.

POSITION DETAILS

Job Purpose

Positions and secures the foundation within the furniture frame using manual and powered tools.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Tying springs together manually specific to the 8-way method.
• Secures all components into place within the frame according to specifications using manual and powered hand tools.
• Keep work area in order and maintained for safety and efficiency.

Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Heated and cooled furniture manufacturing plant with concrete floors.

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Must be able to safely use power and woodworking tools.
