Qualificações

• Experience in Tax Technology or similar tech-enabled tax environment.
• Ability to translate business requirements into workflows and user stories.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support AI and automation projects from concept through implementation.
• Identify process-improvement opportunities and develop technology-led solutions.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translating them into practical workflows and user-focused solutions.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams.
• Drive adoption of new technologies through communication, engagement, and training.
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Monitor outcomes and use data analytics to measure success and identify opportunities.
• Collaborate across the Tax business to promote innovation and continuous improvement.
