PwC is seeking a Tax Innovation - AI Engineer (Director) to set strategic direction for AI initiatives in tax consulting. You will lead client engagements, design ML/NLP models, and guide multiple initiatives while mentoring teams.

Experience in AI leadership and cloud platforms is essential. Responsibilities include translating business needs into scalable AI approaches, data wrangling, and ensuring standards and independence in client work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 9+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or related field.
• Experience leading client-facing AI engagements and translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Responsabilités

• Setting strategic direction for AI engineering solutions that support tax innovation initiatives
• Leading client-facing AI engagements from concept through deployment
• Designing ML, DL, and NLP models for tax and data use cases
• Overseeing data wrangling, feature development, model tuning, and integration into software platforms
• Developing Python-based engineering solutions for text analytics and sentiment analysis workflows
• Advising on AI implementation approaches balancing feasibility, scalability, and business value
• Building executive relationships and identifying opportunities for AI-driven services
• Promoting responsible use of open source software and emerging AI technologies
• Mentoring teams and shaping technical direction across initiatives
• Ensuring adherence to professional standards and independence requirements in client work
