Responsibilities

• Setting strategic direction for AI engineering solutions in tax innovation.
• Leading client-facing AI engagements from concept through deployment.
• Designing ML, DL, and NLP models for tax/data use cases.
• Overseeing data wrangling, feature development, model tuning, and integration.
• Developing Python-based solutions for text analytics and sentiment analysis.
• Advising on AI approaches balancing feasibility and business value.
• Building executive relationships and identifying AI-driven opportunities.
• Promoting responsible use of open source software and emerging AI tech.
• Mentoring teams and ensuring adherence to standards and independence requirements.
