Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and innovation initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope through delivery, translating business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency, client value, and financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.
