Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Manager, Business Solutions in the United States. You will lead cross-functional projects and manage solution design and implementation to deliver measurable business outcomes for Ryan’s service lines and enterprise platforms.

The role requires a strong ability to drive operational excellence, collaborate with stakeholders, and coach teams to achieve high performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience leading projects, managing business solutions, or delivering technology-enabled services.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects and cross-functional initiatives aligning with Ryan’s service lines and platforms.
• Oversee solution design, implementation, and delivery with high quality and client alignment.
• Serve as liaison between business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams to drive operational excellence.
