Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions in a hybrid role in the United States. You will lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and drive digital transformation for enterprise tax platforms and service lines.

You will translate business requirements into scalable solutions, manage multi-workstream engagements, and partner with clients to deliver on-time, on-budget outcomes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, data management, or tax/ERP environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, technology-enabled implementations and innovation initiatives.
• Manage large-scale client and internal projects from scope definition through delivery.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions that drive efficiency and financial impact.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple workstreams.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to proposals, engagements, and meetings.
