Job summary

Ryan seeks a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, tech-enabled implementations and innovation initiatives across service lines and platforms. You will translate business needs into scalable tax technology solutions, guiding multi-workstream engagements from scope to delivery.

Reporting to a Business Solutions leader, you will balance program leadership, technical oversight, and client engagement to advance digital transformation and measurable financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Minimum of 7–10 years of experience leading enterprise software implementations, tax technology projects, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax-related environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream engagements in a client-facing environment.
