Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead technology-enabled implementations and drive innovation across enterprise tax platforms. You will manage large, multi-workstream client and internal projects from scope to delivery, translating requirements into scalable, measurable outcomes that affect financial performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, information systems, computer science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations, tax tech projects, or digital transformations.
• Experience in consulting, implementation, enterprise systems, data management, process improvement, or tax environments preferred.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-workstream client engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, multi-workstream implementation and innovation initiatives from scope definition through delivery.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable solutions driving efficiency and value.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and client onboarding and engagement materials.
• Maintain master project resource plans and support billing, forecasting, and compliance.
• Foster strong client relationships and coordinate cross-functional teams for delivery.
