Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Solutions to lead complex, technology-enabled implementations across service lines and platforms. You will manage multi-workstream engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality outcomes.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, risk-aware solutions, drive operational efficiency, and maintain strong client relationships while aligning with enterprise strategy and digital transformation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years leading enterprise software implementations or digital transformation.
• Experience with tax tech, data management, and ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale client and internal technology-enabled implementations from scope definition to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, automated solutions.
• Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality deliverables and revenue impact.
