Job summary

Filed is seeking a tax professional to join its mission of making tax work extraordinary. You will run technical demos on customer calls, onboard multiple firms at once, and guide them through an intense eight-week onboarding period, becoming their primary point of contact.

You will also translate client feedback to the product team and help ensure smooth collaboration between customers, sales, and engineering.

Qualifications

• Prepared or reviewed real returns inside a real firm.
• Strong in either individual returns (1040) or business returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 990, 1041).
• Comfortable in front of customers; demos, training, escalations.
• Familiar with major tax platforms (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, GoSystem).
• Fast learner of new software and workflows.
• Bonus if experienced with SurePrep, GruntWorx, or AutoFlow.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical demos on calls to show Filed's value to firms.
• Onboard firms in groups (5–10) from kickoff to real-work status.
• Be the point person through the 8-week onboarding period.
• Provide feedback to product to fix friction and improve workflows.
• Translate customer needs to engineering so new features land as intended.
