Filed is the AI tax preparer trusted by America’s accounting firms. This Tax Product Specialist role puts you in the room with top firms to demo Filed, onboard multiple clients, and drive adoption of our AI-powered tax tools.

You’ll translate client needs to the product and own the onboarding success for eight weeks per engagement. You’ll collaborate across product, engineering, and tax teams, delivering demos, webinars, and training while ensuring high-quality output for demanding

Qualifications

• Prepared or reviewed real returns in a professional setting.
• Experience with individual returns (1040) or business returns (1065, 1120, 1120-S, 990, 1041).
• Strong comfort presenting demos and training to clients.
• Familiarity with major tax platforms (CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, GoSystem).
• Ability to learn software quickly and adapt workflows.

Responsibilities

• Run technical demos on customer calls to show Filed capabilities.
• Lead group onboarding of 5–10 firms, guiding from kickoff to real-work stage.
• Be the primary contact through the 8-week onboarding window to ensure success.
• Provide feedback to product and translate client needs into product improvements.
• Ensure output is accurate and trustworthy in high-stakes tax reviews.
