Filed is an AI tax preparer trusted by America's accounting firms. This Tax Technology Specialist role focuses on guiding firms from signed to fully productive use of Filed, leading demos, onboarding multiple firms at a time, and owning the relationship through eight weeks of collaboration.

You will translate feedback into product improvements, train users, and ensure the team delivers deterministic results for complex tax returns, all while working with leading tax platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Prepared or reviewed real returns in a real firm.
• Strong with either individual returns (1040) or business returns (1065/1120/1120-S/990/1041).
• Comfortable in front of customers: demos, training, escalations.
• Excellent knowledge of major tax platforms: CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte, ProConnect, Drake, GoSystem.
• Quick to pick up new software surfaces and workflows. Bonus for implementing new tools.

Aufgaben

• Run the technical demo on calls to show Filed's value.
• Onboard firms in groups; be the point person through win.
• Lead webinars and training sessions for firms.
• Translate feedback to product and engineering.
• Ensure output passes reviewer checks and maintain high quality.
