Filed is the AI tax preparer trusted by America's accounting firms. This role is fully remote, open to candidates anywhere in the United States outside New York.

You’ll own group onboarding (8 weeks), run technical demos on calls, and be the primary driver of firm success with direct accountability. You’ll translate client feedback to product, work with engineering and tax teams, and help shape Filed's roadmap.

Formación

• Prepared or reviewed real tax returns in a firm.
• Strength in either individual (1040) or business taxes (1065,1120,1120-S,990,1041).
• Comfort presenting to customers on demos and training.
• Familiarity with major tax software systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical demos on firm calls.
• Onboard multiple firms and be their point person.
• Deliver webinars and training sessions.
• Bridge between firms and engineering to shape product.
• Know the product well to catch output that would fail review.
