Job summary

Filed is seeking a Tax Technology Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States (outside New York). You will own onboarding 5–10 firms at a time, guiding them from kickoff to active use while interfacing with sales, support, and engineering.

You’ll demonstrate products to firms, translate feedback into product improvements, and drive high-stakes tax workflows with real returns experience. This role offers transparent compensation and a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prepared or reviewed real returns in a firm setting.
• Experience with individual or business returns is valued.
• Comfortable presenting to customers on demos.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical demos on customer calls to show Filed value.
• Onboard firms in groups and be the main contact for 8 weeks.
• Bridge between firms and engineering to translate needs into builds.
• Support product feedback loops based on onboarding frictions.
• Own the workflow from signed to active use by firms.
