Job summary

Withum is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Innovation team across multiple US offices, including Maryland. You will analyze complex tax and business processes, translate findings into clear product requirements, and partner with tax professionals to deliver automation-enabled capabilities.

The role sits at the intersection of tax practice and product development, guiding user stories, test scripts, and adoption efforts to realize ROI across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, technology, or MIS.
• 6+ years’ experience in tax-focused roles or tax products.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with tax workflows and document automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Innovation, Tax, and Product teams to translate tax pain points into requirements.
• Lead requirements definition for tax-focused products including client intake and document workflows.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria aligned with business needs.
