Job summary

Withum is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Innovation team, working across the Tax practice and product development to translate tax workflows into automated solutions.

You will partner with tax SMEs to define requirements, write user stories, and oversee delivery of tax-focused products, including client intake and document workflows. Strong communication and Agile skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting, business, technology, IT or MIS.
• 6+ years' experience in tax or tax-related products preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Familiarity with tax technology platforms and document automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main interface between Innovation and Tax practices to translate tax pain points into product requirements.
• Document current-state workflows with tax SMEs and identify opportunities for automation.
• Lead requirements definition and delivery for tax-focused products, including client intake and review workflows.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical needs.
• Develop and run test scripts; coordinate user acceptance testing and triage defects.
