Job summary

Withum seeks a Senior Product Analyst in its Innovation team, based in Tysons Corner, VA or other US offices. The role sits at the intersection of Tax and product development, translating tax processes into automated solutions and AI-driven capabilities.

You will partner with tax professionals to document current workflows, write user stories, lead requirements, and drive adoption across the Tax practice. Strong PM, Agile experience, and communication skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, IT, or MIS.
• 6+ years' experience in tax or Tax Products.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365.
• Familiar with tax tech platforms and document automation.
• Experience running UAT, writing test scripts, defect triage.
• Agile role with Azure DevOps and user story creation.
• Progress toward Prosci and/or PMP certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Capable of multi-project management under shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Interface between Innovation and Tax practice translating pain points into requirements.
• Document current-state workflows with SMEs and identify opportunities.
• Lead requirements for tax-focused products including client intake and automation.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria from business and tech needs.
• Build and execute test scripts; coordinate UAT and triage defects.
• Support product delivery including ROI and adoption efforts.
• Align change management to ensure successful product adoption in Tax.
• Conduct knowledge sessions and training with stakeholders.
• Track adoption, usage, and time savings; report results to leadership.
• Participate in sprint planning and specification meetings.
