Withum's Innovation team is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to span the Tax practice and product development. The role can be based in any listed US office, including Houston, TX, translating tax workflows into clear product requirements and user stories.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Technology, IT or MIS is required.
• 6+ years' experience in tax technology or product roles.
• Direct tax practice experience with tax workflows and busy season cycles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot and the Microsoft 365 AI ecosystem.
• Familiar with tax tech platforms and document automation tools.
• Experience running UAT, writing test scripts, and defect triage.
• Agile and product management certifications; experience with Azure DevOps.
• Willingness to pursue Prosci and/or PMP certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication; stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to try new ideas and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the Innovation team and Tax practice to translate pain points into product requirements.
• Document current-state workflows with tax SMEs and identify opportunities.
• Lead requirements definition and delivery for tax-focused products (client intake, automation, review workflows).
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria with Product Owner and Innovation teams.
• Build and execute test scripts; coordinate UAT and triage defects.
• Support product delivery and measure ROI, benefits realization, and adoption.
• Align change catalysts to ensure successful product adoption in Tax.
• Facilitate knowledge sessions, demonstrations, and stakeholder training.
• Track adoption, usage and time savings; report results to leadership.
• Participate in sprint planning and project specifications; understand data flows across systems.
