Job summary

Withum is seeking a Senior Product Analyst to join the Innovation team, supporting tax-focused product development. You will translate tax workflows into clear product requirements, author user stories, and collaborate with tax professionals to deliver automation capabilities.

Responsibilities include defining MVP scope, leading UAT, and tracking ROI and adoption, with collaboration across multiple US office locations including Boston and Burlington.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Technology, Information Technology, or MIS.
• Direct tax practice or Tax Products experience (compliance, provision, or advisory).
• Hands-on with Microsoft Copilot and Microsoft 365 ecosystem; Copilot agents and prompts.
• Familiarity with tax technology platforms and document automation tools.
• Experience running UAT, test scripts, and defect triage.
• Agile and product management certifications; Azure DevOps experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary interface between Innovation team and Tax practice to translate pain points into product requirements.
• Document current-state workflows with tax SMEs and identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead requirements definition and delivery for tax-focused products (client intake, workpaper automation, document extraction).
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria for business and technical needs.
• Build and execute test scripts; coordinate UAT and triage defects.
• Support product delivery with ROI realization and adoption tracking.
• Educate stakeholders through knowledge sessions and training.
