Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Information Systems, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Analytics, MIS, or related field (Master's welcome).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps; Power Platform, Alteryx or data visualization tools a plus.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, or similar).
• Strong written communication and interest in how technology changes professional services.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and organize project trackers, status updates, and documentation across concurrent workstreams.
• Support the development and upkeep of internal resources — SharePoint sites, training materials, reference libraries.
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications for leadership.
• Assist with building and testing lightweight Power Platform solutions.
• Contribute to change management — drafting messaging, FAQs, onboarding content for new tools.
• Conduct research on technology tools, vendor capabilities, and peer firm practices.
• Support data gathering and analysis to track adoption metrics and training completion.
