UHY is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee and review client tax returns, manage engagements, and mentor staff in a professional services setting. You will supervise tax teams, ensure accuracy and compliance, and strengthen client relationships through clear communication and strategic insights.

Responsibilities include tax planning, research, and presentation of findings to clients, while meeting deadlines and maintaining internal quality standards. CPA/EA credentials are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in tax or professional services.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license required or in process.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and review client tax returns for accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies aligned with client goals.
• Manage engagements, timelines, budgets, and staff supervision.
• Perform ongoing tax research and address client inquiries.
• Communicate complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Mentor staff and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
• Ensure timely filings and adherence to quality controls.
