Job summary

UHY is seeking a Tax Manager to oversee client tax engagements, mentor staff, and deliver high-quality tax services across industries. You will develop and implement tax planning strategies, review work for accuracy and compliance, and manage engagement progress, budgets, and timelines.

Ideal candidates hold a CPA or EA license with 5–8 years in professional services, and are adept at communicating complex tax concepts to clients while staying current with evolving tax laws and requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in tax services.
• CPA or Enrolled Agent license.
• Experience in a professional service environment, such as a CPA firm or financial consulting firm.
• Ability to meet minimum CPE credit requirements.
• Experience with listed tax software tools.
