Job summary

ADP is hiring a Tax Implementation Consultant I to create exceptional onboarding experiences for product or service implementations. You will consult with clients to deliver comprehensive ADP solutions and guide them toward the best fit for their business needs.

You’ll analyze tax jurisdiction requirements and business processes, leveraging payroll and tax knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and support high-volume case management through CRM, email, phone, and portal channels.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of experience in a client service/customer service environment.
• Basic knowledge of HCM product features.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Guide and drive the client towards the best solution for their business needs.
• Analyze existing systems, tax jurisdiction requirements, and business processes.
• Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs.
• Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
• Utilize broad payroll and tax knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate.
• Understand client business issues and concerns and recommend and implement appropriate solution.
• Support high volume internal and external case management utilizing CRM system.
• Support the client through multiple channels including email, phone, and portal system.
• Build long term relationship and trust.
• Interact/collaborate with ADP associates in Sales, Implementation, and Service.
• Exchange routine information with members of client project team, including priorities, timeliness, issues as they arise
