Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to deliver a comprehensive ADP solution.
• Guide clients toward the best solution for their business needs.
• Analyze existing systems, tax jurisdiction requirements, and business processes.
• Partner with clients to understand their business and related needs.
• Incorporate new processes, tools and approaches when recommending an ADP solution.
• Utilize broad payroll and tax knowledge to recommend solutions to the client when appropriate.
• Support high-volume internal and external case management using CRM system.
• Interact with client project teams and ADP associates in Sales, Implementation, and Service.
