Straive is hiring a Junior Tax Associate for a 3-4 month contract, supporting tax software clients via phone, email, and chat in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on customer service, issue resolution, and documentation, with opportunities to test products and contribute to process improvements.

Ideal candidates have an associate degree or 2 years of business-related studies, or relevant accounting/CRM experience, plus strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or 2 years of business-related college, or relevant accounting/CRM experience.
• Background in Business, Accounting, or Finance preferred.
• Tax or accounting experience is a plus.
• Experience with CCH tax & accounting software preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate issues as needed.
• Document interactions and recurring resolutions.
• Cross-train on products and systems.
• Participate in product testing and process improvement.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and product information.
