Job summary

A leading healthcare software firm in Coppell, TX is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to help new clients successfully set up and use the TaxAct software suite. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, as well as strong organizational and communication skills. Experience in customer onboarding is preferred. This is a temporary position for 3 to 4 months with an expected start date in December.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Human Resources or Business Administration.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in customer onboarding or related customer service roles.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through initial setup and software installation.
• Assist with account creation and EFIN documentation uploads.
• Support data migration from previous software providers.
• Provide a positive initial experience to foster long-term customer retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during the initial post-purchase phase.
• Communicate via phone, email, and web-based tools to provide resources and documentation.
• Coordinate pre-employment paperwork and benefits enrollment.
• Manage training schedules for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Foster a welcoming internal environment and smooth start for new employees.
