Job summary

H&R Block is seeking a skilled recruiter to build strong tax office teams by recruiting and engaging candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding lifecycle. You will help ensure our offices are staffed with qualified associates to support clients.

Responsibilities include coordinating interviews, supporting continued education, and organizing virtual or in-person open houses and career fairs to attract top talent. A proactive, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter capable of learning new skills and working independently.
• Excellent communication, both in person and virtually.
• Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office/Teams.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Tax Associate candidates and keep them engaged from application to start date
• Coordinate and assist with interviews for tax office associates
• Support tax office associates with continuing education and training requirements
• Plan and prepare for virtual or in-person tax office open houses and career fairs
