Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join the Private Client Services (PCS) team. The role focuses on coordinating engagements, tax planning, and compliance for individuals, trusts, estates, and entities.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s in Taxation and CPA/Enrolled Agent status, with experience using ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, and XCM. This is a full-time on-site role in Baton Rouge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private experience.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and/or entities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise multiple engagements including consulting, compliance, and tax planning services.
• Prepare federal, state, multi-state and international income tax returns.
• Conduct research and planning according to applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices.
• Communicate with clients as directed by Manager and work as part of an integrated team.
• Assist with training and mentoring of Interns and Associates.
