Job summary

EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. The role focuses on preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, and corporations while building strong client relationships.

You will mentor junior staff and stay current with tax law changes to deliver exceptional service. Ideal candidates have 4+ years of US tax compliance experience in public accounting and a Bachelor's in Accounting; CPA or EA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of recent tax compliance experience in public accounting.
• Experience preparing US tax returns for partnerships, S-corps, and individuals.
• CPA or EA certification preferred or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build impactful relationships with new and existing clients and maintain relationships with firm leadership.
• Develop a working knowledge of the client's business, take responsibility for completing assigned tasks, and meet client deadlines.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and apply knowledge to engagements.
• Collaborate with other tax professionals within the firm to coordinate efforts and ensure delivery of services.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.
• Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and develop industry-specific expertise.
