EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Associate to join the Private Client Services (PCS) team in Baton Rouge. You will coordinate engagements across consulting, compliance, and tax planning, preparing federal, state, multistate and international returns, while researching tax laws and assisting with client communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field
• 4+ years of tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private experience
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and/or entities
• Master’s Degree in Taxation or relevant field (preferred)
• CPA, Enrolled Agent (preferred)
• Experience using ProSystems FX, CCH Engagement, XCM or similar tax software (preferred)

Aufgaben

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise multiple engagements which include consulting, compliance, and tax planning services
• Prepare federal, state, multi-state and international income tax returns
• Conduct research and planning according to applicable tax laws and regulations
• Appropriately respond to IRS and state tax notices
• Communicate with clients as directed by Manager
• Work as part of an integrated team
• Assist with the training and mentoring of Interns and Associates
