EisnerAmper is seeking a Tax Manager to join the Private Client Services (PCS) practice. We are looking for a dynamic individual with the capacity to oversee multiple client engagements while reviewing complex returns, managing staff and conducting research.

This role offers flexibility in terms of office location with a hybrid working model and offices available in Baton Rouge and other locations; it emphasizes leadership and professional growth within a large, collaborative firm.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• 4+ years of tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent certification required.

Aufgaben

• Train, supervise and develop associates and seniors.
• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities.
• Build relationships with clients and firm leadership.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and apply knowledge to client engagements.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development.
• Ensure accurate time and billing for self and team.
