Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent field is required.
• 8+ years of tax compliance experience in individual, fiduciary, estate and gift taxation.
• Recent Public Accounting experience.
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent Certification required.
• Master's Degree in Taxation preferred.
• Experience using GoSystems or CCH Axcess tax software.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a team and foster strong client relationships, while contributing to business development.
• Oversee tax planning and compliance for ultra-high net worth individuals and their families.
• Direct engagement with clients to deliver tax planning and compliance solutions.
• Review complex tax returns and maintain regular communication with clients.
• Travel to local client locations as needed, and mentor staff.
