EisnerAmper seeks a Tax Senior Associate to join the Private Client Services (PCS) team in Baton Rouge, LA. You will coordinate and supervise engagements, prepare complex tax returns, and advise clients on planning strategies within a collaborative environment.

The role requires 4+ years of tax experience, CPA or Enrolled Agent consideration, and proficiency with leading tax software. Hybrid schedule supported; strong client service culture emphasized.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent field.
• 4+ years of recent tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience in public accounting or with a mix of public/private experience.
• Experience preparing tax returns for individuals, trusts/estates, and/or entities.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate, plan, and supervise multiple engagements including consulting, compliance, and tax planning services.
• Prepare federal, state, multi-state and international income tax returns.
• Research and planning according to applicable tax laws and regulations.
• Respond to IRS and state tax notices as needed.
• Communicate with clients and work as part of an integrated team.
• Assist with training and mentoring of Interns and Associates.
