Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Tax Senior Associate to join our Eastern OH Tax practice, in-office at Canton or Akron. This role will manage and review tax engagements for individuals, partnerships, and corporations, collaborating with the tax team to deliver high-quality client service.

You will mentor staff, research complex issues, and help drive engagement quality and efficiency. CPA required or eligible, with at least 2 years in public accounting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Active CPA license or eligibility and ability to meet 150-credit requirement.
• Minimum 2 years of public accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, supervise, and review individual, C corporation, S corporation, and partnership engagements.
• Partner with clients to provide customized tax advisory services and work closely with other tax team members to identify and research complex tax issues.
• Focus on engagement management and operational excellence.
• Develop and train team members to help them build inspired careers.
• Expand your technical and professional knowledge through greater exposure to client interactions, self-study, and training opportunities.
• Get the opportunity to work with many great clients.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA license (or EA for Tax positions) or eligible to sit for CPA exams

At least 2 years' experience as an associate in public accounting

What you will need:
