Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for individuals and small business owners seeking support during tax season.
• Create a positive customer experience by actively listening, understanding customer needs, and guiding customers toward the best available solution.
• Help customers navigate tax preparation products and determine when a tax expert is needed.
• Support customers via phone and digital channels, and explain available products and options.
