Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of post-secondary education or 2+ years of sales experience.
• 6+ months of customer-facing experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer experience and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Sales, appointment-setting, lead generation, or quota-based experience.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers and prospects to identify needs and sales opportunities.
• Ask discovery questions to understand business workflows and priorities.
• Schedule appointments with sales consultants when a solution may fit.
• Capture clear notes to support follow-up and consultative conversations.
• Follow pipeline, adherence, and customer follow-up expectations.
• Support new customer acquisition and expanded customer relationships.
