Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve positive financial outcomes. You will engage with the local community, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships while leveraging Intuit marketing and TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must hold or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/permits.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return experience (federal and state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and professional tax preparation software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Represent TurboTax locally and in the community to grow the client base.
