Job summary

Intuit is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers, acting as a trusted advisor in a community setting.

As a TurboTax - Retail Expert, you’ll grow the local client base, engage with prospects, and deliver an excellent customer experience while adhering to Intuit’s policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted tax credentials (EA, CPA, or attorney) with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship locations.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and nurturing leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience, build trust, and develop long-term client relationships.
