Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will assist customers with in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support. You’ll grow the local TurboTax client base through proactive outreach, deliver exceptional service, and help clients maximize refunds while navigating complex tax scenarios in everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face and community ambassador.
• Engage new prospects, nurture leads, and convert prospects into long-term clients through outreach.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support to make taxes approachable.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer future planning.
• Explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language to clients.
