Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in assigning tax engagements to staff based on guidance from the Tax Resource Manager.
• Maintain and update staffing schedules and resource trackers.
• Monitor daily workload and flag imbalances or capacity concerns.
• Support real-time staffing adjustments during peak periods.
• Route work to outsourced tax preparation teams and track status.
• Ensure documentation and source files are complete before outsourcing; follow up on deliverables.
