TaxRise Inc. in Irvine, CA is seeking a Client Care Representative to be a steady, knowledgeable guide for clients navigating tax challenges. You will handle high call volumes, collect documentation, and move cases forward with empathy and accuracy, collaborating with case managers as needed.

This full-time onsite role offers base pay of $24–$25 per hour plus a monthly bonus of $800–$1,300. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in customer service, client support, or call center roles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage high call volumes in a structured environment.
• Experience in tax services or financial services is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Primary Client Point of Contact for tax clients.
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and accuracy.
• Gather required documentation and guide clients on next steps.
• Document interactions thoroughly in the CRM and ensure timely case progression.
• Collaborate with case managers and internal teams to resolve issues.
